Mike Brune
Career Summary
Mike Brune is the General Manager of RepMasters and has been in the irrigation, waterworks, fire line, and plumbing industries for 24 years. Mike has his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University (CSU) in Communications. Mike is considered the “backflow guru” in the Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah territories. He currently is an ASSE Instructor and an Action Now Speaker. Mike is a founding member of the American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA) as well as a member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Mike plays an important role in the RepMasters Company with his detailed knowledge of the industry, positive attitude, aggressive marketing and sales strategies.

Greg Fast
Career Summary
Greg Fast has spent over 30 years in and around the irrigation industry. Over the years, his experience has included landscape/irrigation contracting, wholesale distribution and for the past 18 years, as a manufacturers’ representative. Greg’s role within RepMasters is Sales Manager which still includes outside sales responsibilities. Greg is a key source for technical/specification information relating to specialty products.

Larry Richards
Career Summary
Larry Richards has 46 years experience in the pipe valve and fitting industry. He has diversified experience in all areas: outside sales, personnel management, sales management, public relations, and all phases of corporate financial management. Larry has business competence and is recognized as one of the pioneer leaders for introducing thermal plastic pipe valves and fittings in the many markets that is now being used in the U.S.A. He spent 12 years with large fortune five hundred companies in a leadership capacity. The balance of his working career has been self employed. Larry has had his own supply houses in Wyoming and Utah. In 1980 he went into the manufacturer’s representative business.

Diamond Thomas
Career Summary
Diamond Thomas is the Office manager at RepMasters' Denver office. She also acts as an outside sales representative. Diamond works with all of the lines represented by RepMasters. Her primary focus is on pipe and related products. She has been an essential part of the Rep Masters team for three years. Prior to working for RepMasters she worked as a retail manager while attending Denver Metropolitan State College where she studied Business Marketing and Business Management.

Lena Hillier is the inventory manager for the RepMasters Denver facility and aids in the accounting. Lena has been part of the RepMasters Team for the past ten years and has been a key to the company’s success. Lena’s previous business experience consists of 11 years in the banking industry, customer service representative in a public warehouse, and a restaurant manager.

Graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO with a bachelors degree in Marketing in 1994. Rob has currently worked the last three years recently as a Contractor Account Manager for the Rain Bird Corporation, the leading manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services in the world.
Prior to that Rob was the lead superintendent for Oakwood Homes for three years and was responsible for many of the homes that were built in the Green Valley Ranch subdivision by DIA.
Prior to that Rob was an account manager for two different telecommunications companies with over 6 years experience selling telephone systems to small to medium sized businesses here in Colorado.
Happily married Rob enjoys golf, skiing, hunting and spending time with friends and family.
